Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lawggle website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Lawggle ("Lawggle," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use Lawggle

You may use the Services only if you are able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction and you comply with these Terms. The Services are not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

Lawggle provides Services to two main categories of users:

  • Users seeking legal information or trying to find or contact a lawyer ("Users")
  • Lawyers and legal professionals who create profiles, publish content, and participate as members ("Lawyers")

2. Lawggle Is Not a Law Firm and Does Not Provide Legal Advice

Lawggle is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, and does not provide legal advice.

Any content available on the Services, including lawyer videos, lawyer answers, profiles, messages, and educational materials, is general legal information only. It may not apply to your situation and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.

Using Lawggle does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Lawggle, or between you and any lawyer. A lawyer-client relationship is created only if you and a lawyer independently enter into a formal agreement.

Do not use Lawggle for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

3. Discovery, Matching, and User Decisions

Lawggle may provide features that help Users discover and connect with Lawyers, including browsing by situation, viewing video answers, viewing lawyer profiles, contacting lawyers, or submitting questions.

Lawggle does not recommend, endorse, guarantee, or warrant any lawyer, legal service, outcome, result, or representation. Any decision to contact, hire, or rely on a lawyer is your responsibility.

Lawggle may limit, prioritize, or organize discovery surfaces based on city, jurisdiction, availability, practice area, relevance, participation, content quality, system integrity, and other factors.

4. Account Registration and Accuracy

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

5. User Submissions, Messages, and Prohibited Content

5.1 User Submissions

Users may submit questions or details about their situation. You agree not to include confidential, privileged, or highly sensitive information in any submission, including but not limited to government identifiers, financial account details, full addresses, medical records, or any information you would not want made public.

You acknowledge that submissions may be shared with Lawyers for informational responses, discovery, or matching, and may be used to improve the Services.

5.2 Messages and Contact

The Services may allow Users to message or contact Lawyers. Messages sent through the Services do not create a lawyer-client relationship, do not establish confidentiality, and are not guaranteed to be responded to. Users should not send confidential information unless and until a lawyer has agreed to represent them.

5.3 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or professional rule
  • Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, stalk, or harm another person
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services
  • Interfere with the experience of other users or the integrity of the platform
  • Post content that is unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent
  • Post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Lawyer Participation, Eligibility, and Professional Obligations

6.1 Lawyer Eligibility

By registering as a Lawyer on Lawggle, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed legal professional in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, where required by law, and that you will comply with all applicable rules governing legal advertising, marketing, and professional conduct.

Lawggle may require verification and may suspend or remove Lawyers if verification cannot be completed or if we believe a Lawyer is misrepresenting eligibility.

6.2 No Guarantee of Clients or Outcomes

Lawggle does not guarantee that Lawyers will receive leads, messages, clients, revenue, consultations, or any minimum level of performance. Discovery results depend on many factors including user demand, location, practice area, quality, participation, timing, and market availability.

7. Lawyer Content, Licensing, and Promotional Permissions

7.1 Lawyer Content Definition

"Lawyer Content" includes any video, audio, photo, text, answers, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions, comments, uploads, recordings, and profile information provided by a Lawyer through the Services.

7.2 License to Lawggle

By uploading, recording, or publishing Lawyer Content, you grant Lawggle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, perform, create excerpts or clips, and edit for length, layout, formatting, captions, or accessibility, for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

This includes use on Lawggle-owned channels such as our website, in-product discovery experiences, email, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.

7.3 Name, Likeness, and Brand Permission

Lawyers grant Lawggle permission to use their name, likeness, voice, image, profile photo, biography, firm name, logo (if provided), and other profile information in connection with Lawyer Content and in Lawggle promotional materials.

7.4 Content Ownership and Responsibility

Lawyers retain ownership of their Lawyer Content. Lawyers are solely responsible for the content they publish and represent and warrant that they have all rights required to publish it and grant the license above.

Lawyers agree not to post content that violates confidentiality, court orders, client privacy, or professional rules. Lawyers are responsible for ensuring that Lawyer Content is general legal information and does not create unintended solicitor-client relationships.

7.5 Removal, Suspension, and Previously Published Promotions

Lawggle may remove or restrict Lawyer Content for any reason including quality, trust, compliance, user safety, integrity, or alleged violations of law or professional rules.

If a Lawyer cancels or becomes inactive, their profile and Lawyer Content may be removed from public discovery. However, Lawggle may retain archived copies for internal records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, platform integrity, and security, and may continue to use previously created and previously published promotional materials that already contain excerpts of Lawyer Content, where permitted by law.

8. Memberships, Pricing, Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

8.1 Paid Memberships

Certain features for Lawyers require a paid membership subscription. Pricing may be monthly or annual and will be shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

8.2 Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize Lawggle and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.

8.3 Cancellation and Access Removal

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

If you cancel, your Lawggle access may end and your compounding visibility, discovery placement, and ranking momentum may be lost. Your profile and video content may be removed from public discovery surfaces.

8.4 Refunds

Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

8.5 Changes to Pricing or Plans

We may change pricing, offerings, or plan features from time to time. If changes apply to an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required by law.

9. Availability Checks, Invites, Waitlists, and Limited Access

Lawggle may operate by city, practice area, jurisdiction, invite-only access, or limited market availability. We may limit the number of Lawyers in a particular city or practice area to protect quality and ensure fair visibility.

"Check Availability" and similar features may determine whether a market is open, limited, or full. We may approve, decline, or delay onboarding at our discretion based on market capacity, quality, integrity, or operational needs.

10. Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

The Services and all related technology, design, software, branding, logos, content structure, and platform features are owned by Lawggle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services except as permitted by these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services or may rely on third-party providers such as payment processors and analytics tools. Lawggle is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms and policies.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or harmed the integrity, safety, or reputation of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account and content, subject to applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawggle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Lawggle does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy of content, or results from using the Services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawggle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawggle's total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Lawggle in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lawggle and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your content, your communications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Venue], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
