5. Legal Information Disclaimer and User Responsibility

The Services may display legal information content, including lawyer video answers and written content. This content is general information only and is not legal advice. Using the Services does not create a lawyer-client relationship between any user and any lawyer, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship with Lawggle.

Users should not rely on information from the Services as a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in their jurisdiction. Users should not submit sensitive or confidential information through the Services and should not assume communications are privileged unless and until a lawyer has agreed to represent the user under a signed agreement.

If you are in an emergency or immediate danger, contact emergency services right away.

6. Public and Shared Information

6.1 Lawyer Profiles and Published Content

Lawyer profiles and published Lawyer Content may be publicly visible, searchable, and accessible to users. Lawyer Content may include video answers and related metadata (titles, descriptions, practice area tags, city/region tags) and may be used to help users discover and select lawyers.

6.2 User Submissions and Questions

If a user submits a question or describes a situation, that information may be shared with lawyers in order to generate a response, support discovery, and assist with connecting the user to the right lawyer. Users should avoid including sensitive personal information.

6.3 Communications Through the Services

Messages sent through the Services may be delivered to lawyers or users as applicable. Sending a message does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not establish confidentiality. Users should not send confidential information until they have confirmed representation with a lawyer.

7. Lawyer Content, Media Consent, and Promotional Use

7.1 Lawyer Content License to Operate the Platform

If you are a lawyer and you upload, record, submit, or publish Lawyer Content through the Services, you grant Lawggle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, perform, create excerpts, create clips, format, edit for length or layout, and otherwise use the Lawyer Content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Services, including displaying the Lawyer Content to users for discovery and lawyer selection.

This includes the right to use Lawyer Content across Lawggle-owned channels such as the website, in-product experiences, emails, social media accounts, advertising, and promotional materials.

7.2 Name, Likeness, and Firm Information Consent

Lawyers grant Lawggle permission to use their name, likeness, voice, image, biography, firm name, logo (if provided), and other profile information in connection with Lawyer Content and the promotion of the Services.

7.3 Lawyer Responsibility for Content and Rights

Lawyers represent and warrant that they own or control all rights necessary to grant the licenses and permissions in this Privacy Policy, and that Lawyer Content will not infringe the rights of any third party. Lawyers are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable professional rules, advertising rules, ethics requirements, and jurisdictional restrictions.

7.4 Removal From Discovery Upon Cancellation

If a lawyer cancels their paid membership or their account becomes inactive, their profile and Lawyer Content may be removed from public discovery and user-facing surfaces. However, Lawggle may retain archived copies for internal records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, platform integrity, and security purposes, and may continue to use previously created and previously published promotional materials that already contain excerpts of Lawyer Content, where permitted by law.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Lawyer memberships and paid offerings may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Payment processing is completed through third-party payment processors, and your payment information is governed by the processor's policies.

If you cancel a lawyer subscription, your access may continue until the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Lawggle does not guarantee any number of views, leads, contacts, matches, revenue, or outcomes.

9.2 Lawyers and Users

We share information between users and lawyers as necessary to provide the Services, including discovery, responding to questions, and enabling direct contact. Lawggle does not control how a lawyer uses information after receiving it and encourages users to confirm privacy expectations with the lawyer directly.

9.3 Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lawggle, our users, lawyers, or others, including preventing fraud or security threats.

9.5 No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties for money. We do not sell user-submitted questions as "leads." Lawyers pay for visibility services, not per-lead access.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, legal requirements, and operational needs.
