Lawyer Membership Terms
Effective Date: January 26, 2026
These Lawyer Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") apply to lawyers and legal professionals ("Lawyers") who subscribe to, access, or use any paid Lawggle membership plan or lawyer-only features (the "Membership"). These Membership Terms supplement the Lawggle Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Membership Terms control for Lawyer Membership matters.
By subscribing to or using a Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms.
1. Membership Purpose and Positioning
Lawggle is a visibility and authority platform designed to help Lawyers build a compounding library of high-intent, decision-moment answers that Users discover before contacting a lawyer. Lawggle is not a pay-per-lead marketplace and does not sell leads.
Lawggle does not guarantee any number of views, messages, contacts, matches, clients, consultations, revenue, or outcomes.
2. Eligibility and Verification
You represent and warrant that you are a licensed legal professional in good standing in at least one jurisdiction, where required by applicable law, and that you will comply with all professional conduct and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
Lawggle may require verification before activating your Membership or publishing your profile or content. Lawggle may suspend, delay, or refuse activation if we cannot verify eligibility or if we believe your participation creates compliance, safety, or integrity risks.
3. Limited Availability and Fair Visibility
Lawggle limits the number of Lawyers onboarded per city/region and practice area to protect platform quality and ensure fair visibility.
Access may be invite-only, capacity-based, and subject to availability. Lawggle may open or close categories, cities, or practice areas at any time in its discretion.
Submitting a request to join, submitting information, or clicking "Check Availability" does not guarantee activation.
4. Check Availability and Activation
When you click "Check Availability," you may be asked to provide your city/region and primary practice area. Lawggle will confirm whether your category has availability.
If your category is open, you may receive an activation invitation or activation access. If your category is full, you may be placed on a waitlist.
Lawggle may also restrict activation timing based on operational rollouts and market sequencing.
5. Subscription Plans, Pricing, and Billing
Lawyer Memberships may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing will be displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal. You authorize Lawggle and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
Taxes may apply and will be displayed where required.
6. Month-to-Month and Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Your access may remain active until the end of the billing period.
If you cancel or your Membership becomes inactive for any reason, you acknowledge and agree that you may lose:
- Compounding visibility and discovery placement
- Ranking momentum and category positioning
- User-facing profile visibility
- The ability to receive requests through the platform
7. Removal from Discovery and Profile Visibility
Lawggle is built for active Membership participation. If your Membership is inactive, your profile and your Lawggle video answer library may be removed from public discovery surfaces and user-facing experiences.
Lawggle may retain archived copies of your content and account information for internal records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, platform integrity, and security.
8. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
This includes non-refundability for partial billing periods, unused time, inactivity, waitlist time, or reduced usage.
9. What Your Membership Includes
Your Membership may include features such as:
- A Lawyer profile visible to Users, subject to availability and platform rollout
- The ability to publish Lawggle video answers, indexed to your city/region and practice area
- Participation in Lawggle discovery surfaces and browsing experiences
- Access to visibility-related insights, performance signals, or analytics where available
- The ability for Users to contact you through your profile where enabled
Lawggle may add, remove, or modify features over time.
10. Legacy Videos
Your Membership includes up to three (3) Legacy videos to kickstart your answer library.
Legacy videos must be videos you have already recorded and should answer the questions you are most commonly asked in your practice. Lawggle may require Legacy videos to be framed as questions and categorized by practice area for discovery integrity.
Lawggle is not a general content upload platform. Legacy videos are intended to support initial profile completeness while your Lawggle answer library is built through decision-moment questions.
11. Content Standards and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, professional conduct rules, advertising rules, confidentiality obligations, and jurisdictional requirements.
You agree that your videos and content must be general legal information and must not include confidential client information or create misleading impressions.
Lawggle may remove, restrict, or request edits to content for quality, clarity, compliance, safety, or platform integrity reasons.
12. Content Usage and Promotional Rights
By uploading or publishing content, you grant Lawggle the rights described in the Lawggle Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the right to host, display, distribute, edit for formatting or length, and use your content in promotional materials connected to the Services.
If you do not agree to these rights, do not upload or publish content.
13. No Exclusivity and Independent Practice
Nothing in these Membership Terms creates an exclusive relationship. You remain free to market your services elsewhere and participate in other platforms.
Lawggle does not interfere with your fees, retainer agreements, or legal representation decisions.
14. Termination, Suspension, and Platform Integrity
Lawggle may suspend or terminate your Membership and remove your profile or content if we believe you have violated these Membership Terms, the Terms of Service, applicable laws, or professional obligations, or if your participation creates risk to platform integrity or user trust.
