Members who violate this code of conduct risk immediate termination of their membership to this Website and any affiliated website and/or service.

a) You will honour all obligations and commitments to users of the Website.

k) You will not challenge any customer review on false grounds or pretenses, or in reliance on certain facts that you know are false, incomplete, and/or misleading.
l) You will ensure that any contract you prepare or have prepared is free of ambiguities and free of any omissions that may obscure the exact nature and/or scope of either party's rights and obligations. If you are found to be in violation of any one or more of your obligations under this Code of Conduct, your membership to this Website or any other website or service of Lawggle or its affiliates may be suspended, restricted, terminated, or made conditional upon the implementation of certain remedial measures and/or provision of certain undertakings, all of which shall be determined by Lawggle’s sole and unfettered discretion.
Without limitation to the other remedies available to Lawggle or its affiliates, in the event any suspected non-arm's length or non-authentic comments, feedback, testimonials, or reviews are posted, Lawggle may also disclose such facts to other members, customers, and/or other users of the Website and include the foregoing as part of your profile, as part of an editorial to those comments, feedback, testimonials, and/or reviews and/or as part of a warning with respect to any and all comments, feedback, testimonials, and/or reviews relating to you.
You agree that you have no recourse whatsoever against Lawggle or any of its affiliates with respect to any decisions made by or sanctions imposed by Lawggle, including, without limitation, any reimbursement or credit in terms of any membership fee or other amounts paid to Lawggle with respect to the Website or any affiliated website or service.

Lawggle is an independently run online legal directory that values honesty, integrity, and legal brand protection. To ensure that no harm is done to its corporate reputation, we have designed some rules concerning our logo usage for all the member professionals:
Use of fake or misleading advertisements is strictly prohibited. In no situation are members allowed to use promotional content that is deceptive or comprised of fake or dishonest offers. We expect complete honesty and authenticity from all participants.
Once you have officially registered on Lawggle, you are allowed to use our logo or member badge for your business purposes. You may display the logo on your business cards, printed materials, uniforms, automobiles, etc. To get a copy of our logo, email us at support@lawggle.com.
Once you have become a part of the Lawggle family, you may promote your business via print ads, radio, or TV commercials/advertisements.
In case of membership termination for any reason, you are required to immediately remove all Lawggle logos, membership badges, and other company-owned copyright materials you may have used for your business advertisements.
Lawggle has the legitimate right to review your promotional content and radio/TV ads to ensure they comply with company terms and conditions and advertisement policies.
