Once you sign up, your profile is now locked and loaded on our system! Now you get all the benefits of being a Lawggle pro! From there, MatchBot™ employs a smart matching algorithm to find the best fit between professionals and potential clients. This algorithm considers various factors such as skill relevance, location and availability to make personalized recommendations.
You can continue as an Essentials member, but keep in mind that you will miss out on the exclusive features and benefits of an Advanced membership, including unlimited practice areas, enhanced visibility, boosters, MatchBot™ analytics, personal contact info on bio, access the Lawggle Choice Badge, priority matching and direct contact with leads (coming soon).
It is totally up to you which clients you choose to accept. All we ask is that you let us and the person who contacted you know that you are unable to take them on as a client. We will put them in touch with another member that suits their needs. We can also hide your profile temporarily if you need to – just send a message to our support team.
User experience is our top priority. We strive to get our users a response within 48 hours, but we know that’s not always possible. If we don’t hear anything back from you within 72 hours, though, we’ll reach out to the potential client and offer to put them in touch with another legal professional that’s right for them. The lead info will then be removed from your dashboard.
On top of building a winning profile and engaging with potential clients by blogging on the Lawggle Blawg, the best way to make your profile stand out from the rest is with a Booster Campaign.
