Is your service really free?

Yep! Lawggle was created to make the process of finding legal help as easy as possible for you! We don’t charge you anything to use our service, and there’s no sign up required. All billing is between you and the legal pro you hire – we just create the connection.

Do I need to create an account?

Nope! Just send a request using our contact forms. We’ll use the info you provide to match you with a qualified legal pro. We won’t use your contact info for anything other than connecting you with legal help. We’ll send you a follow up email to make sure you got the help you need. All we ask is that you reply!

How do I find a lawyer?

Choosing a legal pro is a subjective process – it really depends on what is most important to you. Start by browsing through our member profiles and see who stands out to you. Then, just initiate conversations! You will quickly learn how they can provide you with the best service so that you can make the best choices. Some things you might consider are: your budget, their availability and your time constraints, and their experience with issues similar to yours. Pay attention to chemistry. Yea, we know it’s not a date, but the relationship between you and your lawyer can play an important role in your success, and theirs! Choose a pro you want to work with.

How long does it take to get a response from a legal pro?

We aim to get you a response within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. If the legal pro you contacted hasn’t gotten back to you, let us know! Just reply to the email we sent you to confirm your request. We can follow up with the legal pro for you and/or match you with another of our members.

Do I have to hire the lawyer I’m matched with?

You should never hire anyone you don't want to - for anything. If you don’t want to work with the lawyer we matched you with, tell us! We'll connect you with another.

Can I contact more than one lawyer? I like to shop around.

Sure you can, but once you hire someone, don't ignore everyone else. Answer their calls or respond to their emails and say you no longer need their services. We want to provide you with the best service, and your communication helps us do that.

What if the lawyer I choose can't take my case?

We do our best to ensure that all of our legal professionals are actively taking new clients, but this could still happen for a number of reasons. If it does, let us know! We’ll match you with someone else.

What if there are no legal professionals in my area that practice the type of law that I need?

If this happens to you, just press the Ask a Question button, and we’ll curate one for you!

Why don't you have a review system?

We wholeheartedly believe that a better online review system needs to be created throughout all search engines, one that only cites accurate reviews and reflects personality differences, etc. We won’t use a review system that could unfairly “make or break” someone’s career based on a disagreement, misunderstanding, or difference in expectations. We could have provided reviews, and you could have chosen the "top” legal professional, but that doesn't mean you would be happy with their services. Choosing the right person for you is always subjective.
