From there, MatchBot™ analyzes your profile in order to understand your preferences, requirements and constraints. How does it do that, you ask? Based on the analysis, MatchBot™ then employs a matching algorithm to find the best fit between professionals and clients. This algorithm considers various factors such as skill relevance, location, availability, past experiences and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
Yes, of course you can! This is a great tool if you just want to remain visible and relevant in your community. In saying that, Lawggle was created to make it easier and faster for people to find a lawyer. We do this by ensuring that all of the legal pros listed on our site are active and available for clients. So, once one of our users has made a request to talk to you, you’ll be asked to upgrade to our Elite membership so you can interact with the potential client and let MatchBot™ do its job!
It is totally up to you which clients you choose to accept. All we ask is that you let us and the person who contacted you know that you are unable to take them on as a client. We will put them in touch with another member that suits their needs. We can also hide your profile temporarily if you need to – just send a message to our support team.
User experience is our top priority. We strive to get our users a response within 24 hours, but we know that’s not always possible. If we don’t hear anything back from you within 48 hours, though, we’ll reach out to the potential client and offer to put them in touch with another legal professional that’s right for them. The lead info will still be waiting on your desk, so whenever you are available, you’ll still have a chance to land the client.

If your profile is not coming up in the search results, it is likely still being verified by our support team. Please allow up to 24 hours for your profile to become live. If it has been 24 hours since you signed up, and your profile is still not listed in our database, please reach out to our support team.
