I got hurt months ago. Is it too late to file?

If you do not bring your claim within two years from the date of your injury, it is barred as a matter of law. What that means is it is barred forever. You cannot bring your claim after two years, okay? It has to be within the statute of limitation of two years. And again, check with your individual states to see what your statute of limitations are, but if you're in Georgia, you're looking at two years from the date of your injury.
