Bio

Chloe Castro is a trial lawyer known for aggressive courtroom advocacy, sharp litigation strategy, and handling high-pressure cases with confidence. Before founding CD Law Pro, Chloe served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade, where she prosecuted thousands of criminal cases ranging from DUI offenses to violent felony matters involving serious bodily injury and deadly weapons. She was selected as a Division Leader within the State Attorney’s Office, where she trained incoming attorneys while continuing to lead jury trials herself. Chloe’s courtroom background began long before becoming a prosecutor. While attending Vermont Law School, she earned multiple Dean’s List honors, received the highest grade in Corporate Law, and was selected for Mock Trial. She later received recognition from the International Trial Lawyers Association for her trial advocacy skills. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Chloe transitioned into civil defense litigation, representing individuals facing serious negligence claims and financially devastating lawsuits. That experience gave her a strong understanding of both criminal and civil litigation strategy, negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation. Today, Chloe combines her prosecution and civil litigation experience to provide strategic, results-driven representation across a wide range of legal matters. Clients know her for being direct, prepared, responsive, and relentless when it matters most. Outside the courtroom, Chloe is passionate about community impact and sustainability initiatives, including helping fund and launch an $80,000 solar retrofit project for one of South Florida’s oldest homeless shelters.
